How are your products made?

All our items are made-to-order, ensuring that each piece is crafted specifically for you with care and precision. This approach allows us to maintain high-quality standards and offer unique designs that resonate with our customers.

What is your return policy?

As all sales are final due to our made-to-order policy, we encourage customers to review the size chart carefully before making a purchase. This helps to avoid any issues with fit and ensures satisfaction with your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we provide a tracking number for your convenience. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date.

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item showing the issue and your preference for a replacement or another resolution.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Changes to an order, including cancellations, must be requested within 1 hour of placing it. Due to the quick turnaround in processing, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after this time frame.

What are your processing and shipping times?

Creating your items typically takes 2–5 business days, with an average processing time of 3 business days. Once your item is ready, shipping usually takes 3–5 business days to reach your address.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can only update your shipping address if the shipping label has not been created yet. If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately to request a change.

What is the technology used?

Direct-to-garment or DTG printing is a printing process that sprays water-based inks onto apparel using modified inkjet technology. Here are some of the pros of DTG printing: high-quality prints, full-color capability, environmentally friendly, soft feel and durability.

What are the apparel care instructions?

Please wash it inside-out, machine wash (max 40C or 105F), do not bleach, do not dryclean, do not iron over foil.
